Syanjali Thanks for your input. Do you know any good Nepali lawyer based on NY as well who deals with H1B cases? Actually I am right now in Texas but I want consultation regarding my H1B from the New Jersey Based Company. So NY based lawyers will be good for me as well. Thanks

Please try to avoid neplese lawywer. I have not heard good things about this sushil adhikari ,,, he has screwed up many cases. so try to find some good indian lawyer.. they might charge u more money but worth it ... thanks

contact to Santosh giri, he will give you good suggestions. Galab Dhungana is fine. I would avoid other nepali lawyers such as Ramesh K.Shrestha, and rokka. I heard that they are very rude and give wrong suggestions......
