I don't think there is any Nepali Restaurant in Edison, but you obviously know and i don't need to tell there are many indian restaurants. but "Rasoi" in Oak tree road is pretty good. Ofcourse you might be missing momo, and other authentic nepali dishes. I miss that too :(
