Some wise guys posted here few years ago where a government speaker somewhere in the US said the reason for NOT allowing dual citizenship for a Nepali was the concern for the Indians who can forge and overpopulate our nation. Wow....what a wise excuse. Well, what do you say now? At least the forgery in Nepal was not that rampant, but this MRP will open lots of possibility for an Indian to step into Nepal, very easily. Another case of India raping us. Bend down and take this DIIICK in your ass, you BAHADUR.

Is the printing is going on as per the contract or Sujata is forcing it? Is your question and our answer is on same issue ? As long as the contract is according to the rules , it should not matter who prints but minister should not impose power for personal benefit is wrong.

All you guy's talking about bidding and stuff and being too Neutral .. sorry don't mind but a Big F-U to all of you... Our National Passport's should be printed in Nepal itself.. Not in any other Foreign Nation.. I think some time back America was trying to do the same thing and gave it to China to print passports there was a Hungama in Senate and now they are printing it right her in the USA again.... It's a matter of National Security and National Integrity .... Nepali politicians already gave million's of Citizenship's to Indian's now they want to distribute Nepali passport in India now..... it's a strategy to takeover Nepal by India.....

Chor I'm with you. "National Security and National Integrity" might be bit too far of a dream for us. We have people who have no problem when an elected official takes the oath in Hindi. Subsequently these same peopl will have no problem priting out passport in India. The fact of the matter is they really do not understand what it really mean by "National Security and National Integrity", a loss generation of their own identity, all resorting to one ignorant excuse- tolerance. The same tolerance has gone out of control and the day we'll become a part of India (just like Sikkim) is very near. I do agree it should be printed only in Nepal, and nowhere else. If it does comes to outsourcing, we should only sent it to a nation with least corruption even if it is bit expensive, definitely NOT India. You see, somebody in our government has other motives, probable will get a huge cut from the deal from the Indians.

I agree with newlynew here. The question should not really be India but about the method used to pick the provider. It should have been through the tender system and allowing the best bidder to take the rights.
Lot of folks are arguing about National Sovereignty. Do you guys really believe that people have that even in Nepal? Do you really think that anybody (even Indians) have really hard time taking a national passport? Guys, lets come to the real world. Governmental folks in Nepal are no better than these Indians . Our own govt officials will be ready to give out passports or anything as per se for money.
Lastly, I find it very immature and stupid for folks here to directly jump with blames on India. Seriously guys, there are tons of thing to blame on our own [Disallowed String for - bad word]ing govt and own [Disallowed String for - bad word]ing people. Many of you with " all I know is I hate India" mentality probably wont understand it.
Excuse me if I offended anyone!

Do we really need to invest our time to figure whether it was an accident that that contract went to India. An ape will tell you that. Regarding blaming India : The drug dealer and the seller are both criminals, if you can understand the reason behind this statement. Some people here thinks, we should let the buyer go and only blame the seller. If there is no demand there will be no seller, the basic principal. So stop blaming all on Nepali leaders, India share the blame too, if the news is any true. These Nepali-Indian mulattos will always side with the Indian, don't know why.
