Hi Guys, I am in process of submitting I-485. For that I need to submit the report of medical examination and vaccination record and it has to be certified by a civil surgeon. I searched in the internet and found that it costs $ 400 per person. Is there any cheaper way to get this done? BTW I live in northern virginia. Any help appreciated

I had mine done @ $300.00 each ($500.00 for two) through Chinese doctor in Houston. He accepts cash only.

Try inquiring 5-10 places i bet you will get all different quotes go in the cheapest nearest one make sure that place in USCIS approved otherwise have to re do again according to my understanding you are allowed to do only in UCSIS supported centers.
