If you have a valid US visa and you're flying through Cathay Pacific followed by Dragon Air, you don't need Transit Visa.

I am planing for the same route, as far as I know we don't need Visa for the transit. But I know my friend needed Valid US Visa when his transit was in Paris!!
@ Purana _Kagaz: My US Visa is not valid do i still need to take HK Visa for Transit?? Also please recommend me good Travel Agency you know, so I can book ticket!!

If your visa is not valid, you prob need a transit visa. I checked the Honk Kong immigration web site, it say we need one. And I recommend you Travel House Nepal...thats the travel agency where I got my ticket just now.
