am using raza.com service as well, just spent 10 bucks(100 minutes) on it, talked 53 minutes. I'm waiting 1 month to see if my remaining 47 minutes last intact coz most of the providers they eat it up in the name of some sh-tty maintenance charge or something like that. . I give them big thumbs down.
