Nothing to worry about. Just hand this over to the immigration officer when you get back here. Same thing happened to me a month ago. They forgot to take it off and when returning I let the officer know about it and he kept the my old i-94 and gave me the new one. To be on safe side, they suggested me to have the boarding pass of the flight in which I left the US (But nobody checked that one too. So, if you dont have it dont worry about it too.)

Jhilke :)

It happened same to me last month. But when I was at the port of entry once the authority stamped my passport for the entry, I told him that I have one question to you and mentioned that I have previous I94 and told me to give it to him and he thanked me for doing the right thing. Nothing to worry about. Good luck.

Also you will have an entry stamp at Nepal when you landed there. As long as the date of entry there is visible properly, you can prove that you were already in Nepal by that date. Don't worry.
