Hello Everybody!

I have question regarding the immigration. I am a Nepali guy in a F1 visa. Right now i am in OPT.My OPT expires in March.I have a couple of questions
1.What will be my status if i get married with a permanent resident girl before the expiration of my OPT? 
2.Can i apply for the status adjustment? If yes how ? How long does USCIS ( United States Citizenship and Immigration) take to change my status? If not that what do i have to do to be in status?
3.Will i get a work permit if they change my status? If yes How long does it take for the process of getting work permit after i get married?
