@ Trillian... I will open a new thread about my experiences in Nepal when I return back to the US.

@Dindukhi.... Expectations of Nepali people and family members are just too high. I cannot keep up with all these stupid expectations. America bata aayera kina namotako bhanera mero family members are annoying me every single day. They are just plainly rude ! I don't wanna offend them but now they are crossing the limits.

@Sojoketo.... I am doing Shitali Pranayama every single day which is making my body cool instantly.

Ujl namaste!

As far as spiritual awareness goes, I have felt that just being in Nepal brings it out in you. When we live in the US, we don't have time to pursue any spiritual path, and the environment is not conducive to it. But, as soon as we land in Nepal there is a mystical, magical calling to your spirituality. It is probably due to the numerous temples at every nook and corner and the strong belief that exists within the community that some sort of spiritual calling is felt.

During my last visit, I had to declassify my own beliefs of being an atheist to a more flexible agnostic. Being agnostic does not mean that one cannot pursue a spiritualistic lifestyle.

Enjoy your stay in Nepal and update us if you have any interesting observations.

Jai Nepal
