Print on onesize bigger paper and cut into Nepali size.Do not forget to change the features on print, otherwise it may not print according to their requirements and will be delayed ir sent back because they did not get the info but the size and print style, our govt office works just like insurance claims find reasons to decline.

One thing I can not understand Nepali mentality where we have to stick hard they always bent it like Bekham for personal benefit.

Make sure u measure the printed area and borders too, as mentioned on instructions. If u just print out without tweaks while printing, chances are it will be rejected. So ur paper size as well as printed area should be according to specs they mentioned.

Nope. It's international law. If u have no time, u can go to DC, make travel document, goto Nepal and make mrp there.

You may want to call the embassy and see if they can mail it, so that you don't have to travel there.
