Hi all,

Mero family based I-485 interview aaudai cha. I have query regarding this, not sure if any of you gus have had similar situitions or that you guys might know, Please share,

1. Sold a tobbaco to minor 8yrs ago while in F1 Status and got the ticket, i settled by paying fines and i have got reciept and also when my laywer filed i-485 he did mention regarding this on application form and sent paid reciept along with other documents, not sure what and how to answer if they ask me kasari F1 ma kaam gareko and all?

Please share if anthing.

Just tell them u sold it outside. A kid walked upto you and asked for it and you sold it.

Just tell them I was on training and made a mistake on training. After the mistake the owner decided not to hire me .

I went through the same situation ,except for me I didn't get a ticket, I had to go through courts to get a diversion for misdemeanor . Is the petitioner a Citizen or a GC holder. If a citizen , I doubt it will be any problem , make sure you have all the paper work, tickets fines and all that.

As far as undocumented work, its pardoned for a relative of a Citizen. You can read the who deal on the USCIS website.
