Hi My friend was in F1 status when she got TPS. She left the F1 status when she graduated. Now applying restatement for F1. She got the RFE asking that what was the extreme situation that she could not continue F1 and why could not she apply for restatement with in 5 months? She explained about TPS in her status letter, they said that was not enough evidence.
Anybody has any idea what should be the response?

एउटा affidavit लेख्नु बुवा या आमा को जहाँ यो लेख्नु कि म बिमारी थिए ! उपचार गर्दा धेरै पैसा खर्च भयो भनेर !
अनि बिमारी भएको प्रमाण पनि जुटाउनु ! जस्तो डाक्टर को preskription !
दोस्रो पनि affidavit बनाउनु बुवा आमा दुवै को अनि लेख्नु कि भुइचालो ले गर्दा धेरै नोक्सानी भयो, आम्दानि भएन ! अनि USA मा पैसा पथौन सकिन भन्नु ! त्यस्तै उपचार मा पनि पैसा धेरै खर्च भयो त्यसैले खर्च पथौन सकिन भन्नु !
तेस्रो, कुनै आफ्नो नै ठाउँ को मान्छे को पनि affidavit बनाउनु अनि त्यसमा लेख्नु कि आमा या बुवा बिमारी भएको हो, भुइचालो ले धेरै नोक्सानी भएको हो, अनि ब्यापार ब्यबसाय पनि खत्तम भएको भनेर लेख्नु !
चौथो, आफ्नो वडा मा जानु अनि त्यी तेस्रो मा लेखेको कुरा को प्रमाड़ीकरण गर्नेको एउटा कागज झिक्नु !
यस्तै यस्तै document हाले पछि सबै ठिक हुन्छ हौ !

I agree with tito-satya. So, @nsb: how long did it take for them to respond to your application? meaning when did you file?

It took almost 5 months, application was submitted in November!
