As far as I know, Nepal government has tightened the policy for now because of low reserved $( I could be wrong). Based on your other post, you might be trying to get some money from Nepal in your difficult time. The best I would advise is try to find a trust worthy person( may be someone you know/trust, relative etc), get it from them here and deposit in their account in Nepal. Be careful though
