hey guys! I have some questions for you:

Suppose an undergraduate accepts a job offer, works for a year under OPT, applies for H1b and gets it. How easy is it for him to go to grad school after working for a year or two under h1b? Have you heard of cases where the employer is willing to sponsor the employee for grad school? Lastly, can the person reapply for h1b after grad school?

Please share your opinion.

- If anything your work experience should help you. Just dont get laid off / fired before your classes start.

- Yes

Lastly, can the person reapply for h1b after grad school?
-  Yes

why dont you study on h1b..i dont think you need to change to f1 to go back to school unless you want to be a full time student plus on h1b you'll be paying resident fees .. and you can take as many courses as you can...you can finsih your grad. taking your own time..but you got to maintain your h1b status by working fulltime with ur employer, so basically your options are night classes.
