Hello friends,

need some advice from immigration gurus. I am trying to go to canada using AVR. My current status in the U.S is F1. In the past I was in f1 than chaged to H1 and again changed my status back to F1. My question is Is my I-94 still the same i.e one which is in my passport ?(never left USA since I came here)

Can someone travel through air and use AVR or does it have to be by land only.

I'll appreciate any informations in this matter. thank you.

Hello, I dont have answer for your question but how long did it take to change your status from h1b to f1? I'm in a deep situation since my h1b will be expiring in 1 and half month. thank you.

Thank you very much dipulata. So looks like I still have a chance to apply for change of status.
