Going to Nepal during Dashain for 4 weeks. I need to do visa stamping as well. Will it be a trouble getting things done during Dashin/Tihar due to holidays ? Thanks in advance for your advice.

American Embassy in Nepal celebrates both American and Nepali National holidays so make sure you make the proper arrangements.
