Hi all,
I recently got selected for DV and I am in process of mailing out form DSP-122 and DS-230. I am in US and have had work in summer outside school. The question now is should I mention the jobs that I did in summer or not while filling out the forms in employment section.

Please previous DV winners and other people who knows reply. Thanks

Hi,

I am also in the same boat as U are. I just sent DSP 122 and DS part (I and II) forms+ bar code sheet, this morining with two photographs of 2/2". U shouldn't mention the jobs that U did outside of school. I also had worked at different places but i only mentioned the work at University. USCIS won't do anything even if they find that U had worked outside to support ur study. BUT now it's better for you not to work in social till the interview date. it will be better if you find any cash jobs in UR area.

If you have any information, keep in touch.

Are you guys thinking to do AOS or going back to Nepal for CP?  And on that two forms, I am thinking not to include any work which I did. Does that makes any problem later on?

If anyone knows about this. Please share your experience here. Thank you.

Finally I sent the forms without mentioning any work done outside. I have been in H1B status for 2 years but the work was done while I was in F-1.
