you need electrcity for that. and if you are going to use vonage, why not use skype. for 3 bucks a month,you'll get unlimited call to the north america and for another 3 bucks, you'll get a US number so that anybody from US can call the number in nepal. and ofcouse, the main problem for both the vonage and skype is the lack of electricty in nepal.

Dolphin landline does not require electricity in Nepal.
