Dear Friend,

This Friday is the deadline for our first quarterly report to the Federal Election Commission. This is our opportunity to show the public that we are running a strong grassroots campaign. My goal is to be one of the top two fundraisers for the quarter. In order to continue this campaign we need to show a strong fundraising number for the quarter - your donation today will help make that happen!

Your donation before midnight this Friday will show the media, the public, and the political establishment that we are running a strong grassroots campaign - Please donate $5, $25, $50, $1,000, or whatever you can, today!

I want to be your voice in Congress. As a father, entrepreneur, and small-businessman I want to be the voice of regular Americans who are just trying to make ends meet - paying their mortgages, feeding and educating their children, and finding a job in this stagnant economy. Please donate today so that I can be your voice.

Our campaign grows by the day - we have brought on our first campaign staff, and are reaching out to more voters and supporters every day. Help keep our campaign growing, and set us up to win next November - please donate $5, $25, $50, or whatever you can by midnight this Friday!

Together we will win!

Truly,

-Darshan

P.S.: Follow the campaign on FacebookTwitter, and on our website!

P.P.S.: Even if you've already donated, another gift of $5, $10 or $25 may be all we need for us to reach our goal. Please consider donating again.

Dear Friend,

There are 36 hours to go until we close our books on the third quarter and prepare our report for the Federal Election Commission. This will be our first opportunity to show the grass roots momentum of our campaign.  Your donation before midnight this Friday is crucial. Every dollar we raise between now and midnight this Friday is a show of strength. Every dollar we raise shows the swell of support around my message of restoring the American Dream. Every dollar we raise shows the press and the political establishment that we are building a strong campaign that can win next November.

If you've donated before, thank you, and please consider an additional donation. If you've not yet donated, today would be the perfect time to show your support. Please make your donation now of $5, $25, $50, or whatever you can give, by midnight this Friday.

As you know, I am the political outsider in this race, the only non-politician running for the Democratic nomination. I am running to be your voice in Congress - the voice of regular Americans who are just trying to build a life and live the American Dream. When I came here to pursue my education, America was truly the land of opportunity. I was given the chance to build a business, create living wage jobs, and provide for my family and my two boys. Unfortunately, for many of us now, this American Dream is fading, people struggle to find work while our government fails to provide our children with the education and the health care they need to succeed.

I am running for Congress to restore that American Dream - to revive our ailing middle class, to restore our manufacturing base, to provide every American access to health care, and to ensure that every child receives a world-class education. Your donation of $5, $25, $50, $100, or whatever you can contribute, will help make that dream a reality. Please donate before midnight this Friday, September 30th.

Together we can restore the American Dream!

Truly,

-Darshan

P.S.: Follow the campaign on FacebookTwitter, and on our website!

Dyamn. I am actually surprised by your self promotion and lack of respect to your potential donors. I would have given a second thought on my stereotype on Nepalese politician had you actually tried to answer some of the questions NAS raised. At least you could have come out and shed some light on a simple question i.e. your political opinion or even how you could contribute.
So here is my donation.

Thank you for your comments NAS ji and friends, sorry I was travelling and could not respond at given time.

I will specifically lay out my plans on all issues where I stand in Q4 and that would be my pledge to the people. Please stay tuned.

I don't think this "Darshan Rauniyaar " bro le gari khala jasto chhaina. I saw him on ANA, following him and also donated and requested friends to donate but he has no proper agandas. I agree with NAS, have no clue what this guy is going to be. I don't know he is able to put his agendas with other races other then Nepalis. Lets home he will reach his milestone. I would like to know how much he raised till date ...............

Raising funds is respectable, traditional and integral part of election process.

Having said that, there is very precious little I can learn about Darshan Rauniyar from his website.  The platform he promotes are far too generic and full of platitude.  Perhaps he should learn from the campaign being run by Elizabeth Warren in MA.  She sounds much articulate and effective.

One question that keeps popping up is, "Why is Rauniyar running for the US Congress without gathering any experience on local politics?"  Sure, latter is not essential for the former, but it would behoove any politician to gather some experience and momentum locally before jumping into the deep waters of national politics.  Could he just be a set up by fellow Democrats?  I hope not.  But politics is a dirty game.

So far, I have found no factor that motivates me donate to Darshan Rauniyar other than the fact that he is a Nepali American.  But he said he will lay out his plans on Q4.  So I will hold on to my wallet until then.

oh ya i like that caption, " Together we will win" reminded me of Obama, and definately how he created so many jobs, and brought the manufacturing jobs back to states. Anyways Goodluck.
