 Hi Sajha friends,

My H1B just got approved. I am currently working as IT consultant through deshi consultancy. My OPT will expire on Sept 30, and as you know new H1B will start from Oct 1. I am planning to go to Nepal sometime in September and return after H1B stamping. Will there be any issues if I apply for H1B stamping when I go out of USA in OPT status. USCIS website tells me that we can return after H1B stamping but just checking with you guyz if you have had similar situations. Your suggestion is highly appreciated. Thanks

Dude you trust us more than USCIS. Thanks for that.
And there is no relation between H1B and OPT. Your opt is out of scope once you receive H1B approval. On this one too are you relying on us?
