Dear fellows,

How do I know whether the company I work for is e-verified? If not, who should I talk to get this done for the company? I would appreciate your help ...
Thank you,
Y

Even though it was a legitimate comment , somehow  you deleted it.  I know most of the Sajha members dislike me. But don't you think I am successful in playing my part as a Foolish person Among Foolish people. BTW, try to read your questions. The first question seems you work for someone else, the second question tells us you have a company. Trust me!!! Ask anyone on Sajha.

I know this whole process of e-verify is so confusing. I started an internship around a wk back. I have CPT and all that but the e-verification didn't accept my SS information. i went to the SS office and talked with the folks over there. initially they gave me a hard time but with the help of the international student advisor i was able to deal in the right way. they told me that they changed my information in the SS and i should be able to go through e-verification. However, my employer was not able to go thru it again even after the change...they are saying that it takes time for the change in the system. I am just hoping and wondering it will go fine...
This was my experience.. and as for your question whether or not your company is in e-verify thing, human resources personnel are the best person to deal with
Good luck
