Before 3years my uncle and unty were went to USA by  DV lottery .AT that time they didnot filled  3 dughters names and also they give in interview  'we haven't any chindrens" SO  now they prossesed  i130 and they got  interview date at next month therefore if in interview the consular gave question 'Your dad & mum weren't filled your name in the DV forum, also in the interview your dad &mum told don't have any child so how you are dughter of them ?in that case what anser will best. plz   give suggestion and appreciate with all. Uncle and Aunt never lied. They never had kids when they came to USA. Its the daughter who is lying right now. Someone is trying to be smart and claiming that she is the daughter and trying to enter USA as a derivative of green card/US citizen holder.

Pepsi, I am not saying that Uncle and Aunt are not aware of this. Off course they were the ones who is filing I-130. But What I mean to say is that there is some sort of "Setting" going on here. I guess Uncle and Aunt are either doing this as a favor to their relatives or getting some financial benefits from some person (who has already spend lakhs making some false papers) and trying to enter USA as a daughter. "Try garne ta ho, vhayo vhane ta vhaie halcha ni"...If you have nothing to loose, its worth a shot, I guess... I might be wrong ...But the whole story sounds too fishy ...
