I don't think it's different in Nepal.

Court in Nepal is busy providing justice to Nepal Idol while giving clean cheat to the biggest corruption scandal in the country "Chuda Mani Sharma". Lawyer named "Bhimarjun Acharya" so-called constitutional expert, very popular among Nepali Media fought for the most corrupt person.

The difference with us compared to above story is we Nepalese don't flock to comments sections to bad-mouth about the newspaper and journalist and accuse for defaming their untarnished country. I never understand such false pride and why they rush to defend/justify/hide such atrocities in their country.
