No point keeping digital print, just get couple of them. No company does that there. How many times have you had to use passport photos anyway.

YES, Costco can provide you a digital format of your passport photo in a USB with a little more extra charge.
BUT that digital picture never qualify to pass a requirement when upload to a photo tool on DV lottery or state dept photo tool.
Then most reliable is to go to a regular photo store where it says we take DV and passport picture, and they e-mail you a digital format of your passport picture and you'll pass a requirement test once you upload your picture. This one is little costly, though.

You can go to Walmart and ask them to use their white background. I have done it many times without problem.
