Ever watched 'French Kiss'? You might be able to meet a Kevin Kline like character if you travel on your own. Or better yet you might even land a french dude who looks ditto 'sakshat' Michael Vartan so don't worry about not being accompanied by a nosey nepali chimp. Have a safe and nice trip, seriously!

This year in April I was in Paris. There was no locker at the airport, but an airport shuttle took us to the hotel (close to Eiffel tower) for around 40 Euros. Visa procedure I went through ------------------------------------- 1. Download the application and instruction. 2. Book you hotel and have travel arrangement. Have a pair of photographs taken. 3. The French Embassy will charge you $86/person the moment you give the guy your passport and application. No argument or else the security was just round the corner. 4. Proof that you won't stay in Paris for ever (e.g. Green Card+ tickets + Bank Balance) 5. Insurance --A must. You must have a letter from your insurance company stating you are covered for at least $37000 for your stay in France. It was so gorgeous! Good luck
