i just receive second letter of dv2008 in nepal but i am in us with f1 status. i am quiet confuse about further processing from US. Do i have to apply for the adjustmen of status of do something else ..please suggest me..

no need............ u can just fill out the form and send it.............but in the place where u want to give ure interview, mention Kathmandu Nepal ............ if u say a place here in the US, then u will have to file for adjustment of status.................Keep in contact with me coz i got DV too this time...........but i am not sure wether my interview will come......... may be we could look at other options.

One more question, if ure interview does not come can u use a lawyer to open the case and get an interview date.
