I bought insurance from this company for my parents. They have adequate networking physicans and healthcare facilities. You dont need to pay copays as well.

Redsox,
Which state? For NewYork City, health care is free for visitors. I took my mom there, it is a very nice clinic in Manhattan.

Niloani and redsox,
The location of this clinic is as follows:

Contact number 212-206-5200.
Here is the website where you can find more info.

I personally found this clinic is better than others. When my mom came here, I was also looking for heathcare as she has chronic asthma. Not only they gave her nebulizer instantly, they also change here medicine. Now she feel a way better than before. They are teaching hospital. Initially, medical students will see you. After all your regular check up(blood pressure, weight etc) they will take your medical history. Finally, senior Dr. will see you and prescribe you the medicine if you need. One more thing, you have to mention "FREE CLINIC" otherwise they are paid clinic and chare$ 320 per visit. Moreover, they will also ask you if you want low-income clinic where you only have to pay $28 per visit. Simply told them you need free clinic coz if you go to low-income clinic you have to pay for lab, X-ray etc. Remember, for free clinic its all free. They did my X-ray, bloodwork for free. The one and only drawback of this clnic is they are only open on Saturday and you have to wait about 3 weeks to get an appointment. If you still have any question or concern , ask me.
