Dear Friends,

I got my H1b approved last October.  But as you know the current situation I am
having a difficult time finding a job. So Consultancy is asking me either to pay
tax and generate some payroll or go to f1. I don’t think the job market is going to
be better any time soon so I was thinking going back to f1. I have already
completed my Masters and have got my h1b through that quota. My question is:

> What is the process of converting H1b to F1.

> And can I apply for any community college (may be join an
ESL course)

> I have heard that if you have got your H1b through masters
quota and want to change it to f1 you must  do the same level of education or higher,
how true is this.

Any body been in same situation please share your view and
provide suggestions.

Thanks.
