I bought a used laptop loaded with office xp 2001, now it started pooping up not genuine, every time when open word or excel.

I uninstalled the program and try to download my 2000 office. It does not let me download, it stops then and there not accepting product key.

I am unable to download sp 3 too.
Can somebody guide me through step by step to download it.

Thanks a lot.
