 Dear Fellow Sajha member

I had some issue with outlook. 

Strange character on Outlook. Works completely fine on HTML based email like gmail, hotmail.
 
Outlook : 3½ lb.
HTML email: 3½ lb.

This is for received email.
 
Any suggestion
