The BIA made a major change to immigration law.
Starting August 13, 2026, traveling outside the United States with advance parole counts as leaving the country.
If a person had more than one year of unlawful presence before traveling, the trip may trigger the ten year bar and could prevent them from getting a green card without a waiver.
This new rule applies only to trips taken from August 13, 2026, forward. It does not apply to advance parole trips taken before that date.

Basically, they just don’t want any new future Democratic voters. On top of that, the dynamics are changing : there aren’t enough new jobs for current U.S. citizens, so can’t keep any more people.

I solemnly want Orange jesus to win 3rd term and these maga sheeps will find out, I have found that some of the maga sheeps are sheeps after all and they have not learnt their lesson yet. I hope he does win and goes full throttle on Project 2025.
